If you’re new to running then please check out the NHS’s Couch to 5K app – it’s a running plan for absolute beginners.

The app will get you running 5k in 9 weeks – it’s a great program that’s been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks.
